The GO Team's Mission
Our heartbeat at Crossroads church is to make disciples that represent the gospel to every man, woman, and child. We believe this to be true in our local expression of the Church in Columbia, SC and also to the ends of the earth where the gospel has not been preached.
The GO Team's desire is to glorify Jesus by encouraging and equipping every follower of Jesus so that they are able to share their faith in Jesus and to make Christ following disciples. We go out to do this each Saturday morning. All are welcome to join The GO Team and no experience is required. We'll train and equip you to be able to engage people and share your faith. We will also, each time you join, partner you with a more experienced GO Team group and leader so that you will always be supported.

Monthly GO Team events
Soda City Market Downtown Columbia
The GO Team starting going out to the Soda City market in March of 2021 to pray with people and share the Gospel. Since then we have shared our faith in Jesus, handed out Bibles, Gospel resources and tracts, and prayed with hundreds of people.
We go out to the Soda City Market on the 1st Saturday of each month.

US1 Metro Flea Market in West Columbia
In the beginning of 2024 The GO Team started renting a table at the US1 Metro Flea Market with the desire to hand out Bibles, Gospel resources and tracts, pray for people, and to share our testimonies with all who will listen. As you can see from the picture above, there is a great need to share truth about who Jesus really is and what He taught in the Flea Market.

Discovery Bible Study
A Discovery Bible Study (DBS) is a simple and effective way to read through Scripture and disciple people. Whether they are not yet walking with Christ, new to their faith, or have believed and attended church their entire life.
Each month on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays we meet to lead a DBS with those we meet at the Soda City Market and at the US1 Metro Flea Market starting at 10am.
